Weekend Fun

Weekends are the bestest because Eric doesn't work...which leads to us hanging out...A LOT.  And turns out I like hanging out with him, he's a pretty cool cat.
This weekend we put both our eating skills and golfing skills to the test

Friday night we decided to spoil ourselves by going to P.F. Changs and spending our gift card monies. We order a lot of delicious food including:
Lo Mein
Mongolian Beef
Mandrain Chicken
Rice
Diet Coke
Dr. Pepper

Out of the $45 we had in gift cards, we spent $44.?? (I can't remember the cents, and if I did that would just be weird) Apparently, we are really good at spending gift cards in one fell swoop! But if you ask me it was TOTALLY worth it.

Mongolian Beef...Yummy yummy to my tummy

The rest of Friday night was spend cuddling in our bed, watching Iron Man on our new Apple TV, and writing thank you cards.

Saturday we decided to check out the putt putt golf course in town. Eric's been to it several times in the past since he's lived there all his life, so I consider that a total advantage (I mean am I right or am I right??)
Anywho, if you know the two of us, you know we are competitive beyond all means! It's bad. I mean  realllll bad. Who ever loses usually stays bitter for a good hour or so...ok maybe that's just me, but Eric stays bitter for at least 10 minutes. So this was a bold move on our part to go do something together that involves winning and losing. Well guess what???

WE TIED!!! Crazy right?! I know. We never tie. But turns out tying is the best because no one leaves too bitter. Instead we meet in the middle and are both bitter for not winning.

I'm cool I know :)

We finished the night off with some dinner and ice cream at Jason's Deli and apartment hunting which made me so eager and excited for when we have our own little place!

Next weekend please come soon.

  1. No lettuce wraps?!! That's blasphemous!
P.S. how do you get your pictures to look so cute with the round edges and white border?

  2. I am jealous. No putt putt for me ever - Dad hates it!! I guess it's probably because I am so good at it and he is the competitive one.
